Myers will schedule a personal and confidential meeting to discuss pre-treatment options and applications that comply with State law and codes. Each application will be custom designed around pre-treatment cost, value of the home, and builder preference.

Once it is determined which application best fits your needs, fixed pricing will be presented and a builder profile will be created.
The profile will consist of:

• Bill-To information
• Contacts
• Pricing for pre-treatments and additional services
• Desired billing through purchase orders, signed work orders, or as you direct
• Pre-treatment scheduling preferences

Scheduling of treatment can be done via fax, email or phone. You determine what meets your busy schedule and we will get it done.

Myers will provide you with:

• A letter introducing Myers as the termite pre-treatment provider for the homeowner’s closing package
• Information for the home owner, receive their written warranty, schedule a personal meeting to discuss coverage and renewal opportunities.
• The required termite pre-treatment documents upon request, as require by city.

All termite services allowed by the EPA, Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service, Building Codes, and Building Officials and State Laws can be supplied by Myers.

Any and all Myers Termite Service will comply with IRC R324, HB 730, and Texas Department of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Service State Laws.
